Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on NullPost, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Use a strong password and keep it confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Your content

You retain full ownership of all content you publish on NullPost. We don't claim any intellectual property rights over your work. You grant us a license to host and display your content as part of providing the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use NullPost to:

• Publish illegal content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten others
• Distribute malware or spam
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others

Service availability

We strive for high uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We'll provide notice when possible.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time, and we'll remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
